Club Artizen Shipping and Returns Policy
We hope to make your experience with us enjoyable, and toward this, we have simple shipping and returns policy.
- We will ship your product within 5 working days of receiving your order at the Club Artizen store. This is not applicable to products that are made to order.
- As a member of Club Artizen, you are eligible to receive an Artizen Box every 45 days. For new members, we will ship you the Artizen box within 15 days from the date you sign up with us.
- Your airway bill number will be communicated to you for tracking purposes.
- If you receive a “damaged” or “defective” item, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the product received. After reviewing the same, we will either replace the item subject to stock availability or provide a refund. Please reach out to us within 5 days from the receipt of the order to avail this facility. Tags and original packing should be intact.
- If you wish to return products purchased from our store, please reach out to email@example.com with the subject: return request and the reason for returning the same. Please reach out to us within 5 days from the receipt of the order. Tags and original packing should be intact.
- Please note that products that are part of the Artizen Box are not eligible for return or refund.
- Made-to-order/ customized products are not eligible for return or refund.
